Sharon Sellers, Sports Injury and Massage Specialist from “BodyFix Wellbeing” will guide you in body-nurturing self-massage to promote increased blood flow, aid toxin release and loosen tight muscles so that you are in tip-top condition. She will lead you in meditation techniques that will ensure you “pay it forward” in your regular self-care routines.

Deborah Molwuka, retired Senior Lecturer in Psychology; Advanced Somatic Yoga Teacher and Specialist Trainer and Instructor of Dance Fitness for older adults will lead you in a delightful journey of movement, somatic exploration and discussions to clarify and affirm effective self-care strategies.
