1. Yoga Mat (unless you will be doing the whole class on a chair).
  2. Optional Tennis Ball (or other ball) for self massage purposes (front of shoulder).  I have now located the tennis balls so you can have one of these to take home if you like.
  3. If working on the mat only: Yoga Block or a Cushion to sit on      
  4. Yoga Strap (not a stretchy resistance Band).
  5. If working on the mat only: We are practicing modified Fish Pose this week.  You can place your Yoga Brick at thoracic spine level or you can bring a rolled up towel which would be a bit softer and put it long ways on your back.
