We are currently taking payments for a new 12 week term running 6th November to 15th February.  If you are ready for a change and want to improve your health and fitness, gain strength, mobility and flexibility in order to age successfully, our fully trained, insured and experienced instructors are just the ticket to support you in maintaining your independence into older age by facilitating you to “use it or lose it” in either of our exciting, fun and motivational evening Dance Fitness (aimed at over 40’s) or DanceFit Light classes (aimed at post retirement members).  Or perhaps you are looking to ease that old injury and bring yourself back into full health by participating in our Gentle Somatic Yoga Programme.  If this describes you, this is the very best time to book yourself in for one of our Welcome Chats.  We come and listen to your health goals and devise a programme with you to suit your needs and time available.  We take payment at the time of booking but if a class isn’t suitable, you get your money back straight after your first experience of a class.  So what have you got to lose?
