This week we are discussing and practicing both Buteyko Breathing Techniques and Hypopressive Pelvic Floor Conditioning Techniques. For class you will require
- The usual mat
- We are going to be sitting more than usual in class. You can decided to take a chair for this or perhaps a meditation stool or a bolster if you want to be more comfortable in sitting but remain on the mat and avoid having to clean down a chair. If you are using a chair you might want to put your blanket on it if you’d rather not touch the hall chairs “naked” so to speak!
- Your mobile phone in order to time your controlled pause but please set it to do not disturb
