This week we are discussing and practicing both Buteyko Breathing Techniques and Hypopressive Pelvic Floor Conditioning Techniques.  For class you will require

  1. The usual mat
  2. We are going to be sitting more than usual in class.  You can decided to take a chair for this or perhaps a meditation stool or a bolster if you want to be more comfortable in sitting but remain on the mat and avoid having to clean down a chair.  If you are using a chair you might want to put your blanket on it if you’d rather not touch the hall chairs “naked” so to speak!
  3. Your mobile phone in order to time your controlled pause but please set it to do not disturb
  4. A hand towel about this size:
